A very tiny fish sails in a vast underwater city. Is he too small to see the world as the big ones do?
Born in France in 1998, Noé is a Brussels-based filmmaker and animator specializing in music videos, festival trailers, title sequences, and 2D compositing. After studying fine arts at the Beaux-Arts de Montpellier, he specialized in animation at La Cambre in Brussels. His graduation film, UNUSUAL SUNSET, allowed him to experiment with a wide range of mediums, reflecting his signature approach of alternating between traditional and digital techniques. Noé’s stories blend dreams and nightmares, straddling the worlds of children and adults. He deeply values collaboration, working closely with sound designers to bring his audiovisual projects to life.
