KM333, ULTIMA FERMATA
A common dream, called Europe, young girls who begin to explore life and speak other languages, to build their future, up to km 333 of the motorway that leads to Barcelona: a crash that marks the last stop for thirteen students. Who is materially and morally responsible for this accident? Could it have been avoided? Since then a new life has begun for their families, made of waiting, of searching for justice and truth.

Gianni Vukaj
Gianni Vukaj is a filmmaker of Balkan origin, raised in Arezzo. After the Civica Scuola del Cinema in Milan he collaborates as a freelancer for CNN, Al Jazeera English, Ap and RTI. The mix of cultures that characterizes his life is lifeblood for his work and fuel for his passion. Since 2015 he has worked for Tv2000, a network for which he directed the docufilms IN 152 PER NON DIMENTICARE (2016), MADE BY IRAQI GIRLS (2018), A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER (2018), BEHIND LOCKED DOOR (2020), THE GIFT OF THE MOON (2019), HERE I AM (2020), BLUE CANVAS (2023). KM333, ULTIMA FERMATA (2024) is his most recent work.
